Getting started

What it costs,
and what it takes.

Luna is priced per boutique, not per advisor. Your whole team uses it. Setting it up is our work, not yours.

The cost

Priced per boutique.

Standard
From launch onward
£450per boutique, per month
£2,500 setup, one time
  • Unlimited advisors
  • Your full client book, imported and reconciled
  • WhatsApp Business account, number and templates
  • Message templates in every language you sell in
  • Support directly from us, not a helpdesk
Additional boutiques are added at the same monthly rate.

WhatsApp itself charges a small amount for each conversation your boutique begins, typically a few pence. That is billed by Meta to your own account, not by us. Conversations a client starts are free.

The work

What setting up involves.

Two to three weeks from first conversation to a working boutique, most of it spent waiting on Meta rather than on us. You are asked for very little.

01

Verification with Meta

WhatsApp requires every business on its platform to be verified. We prepare and submit the application; you provide your company documents. Meta takes anywhere from a few days to two weeks.

You provide documents · We handle the rest
02

Your number

A dedicated WhatsApp number for the boutique, either a new line or an existing one moved across. Your clients see the boutique's name, not a number they don't recognise.

We register and verify it
03

Your client book

Whatever form it is in: an export from your till, a spreadsheet, or several. We import it, reconcile duplicates, normalise the numbers, and match purchase history to the right people.

You send what you have · We make it usable
04

Your messages

WhatsApp requires approval for any message a business begins. We write and submit them in your voice, in every language you sell in, and hold them for your approval first.

We write · You approve
05

Your advisors

Accounts for each of them, clients assigned, and an hour together to walk through it. There is very little to learn. Luna lives inside the WhatsApp they already use.

An hour of your team's time
Your till

Where your sales come from.

Luna is most useful when it knows what a client has bought. These systems connect directly, and keep themselves current.

Square
Shopify
Lightspeed

Running something else? We begin with an export of your client book and purchase history, which gives you nearly everything from the first day. If a live connection is possible, we will tell you honestly what it would take before you commit to anything.

Next

See it in your boutique.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. We will show you Luna running on a real client book and you can decide whether it is useful.
